What we offer?

  • Flexible working hours: We value flexibility and want everyone to have a good work/life balance so as long as you work your contracted hours, ensure you are hitting your deadlines and your output is not affected, we are happy
  • Hybrid working: We also feel that it is important that all staff come into our office some of the time as we benefit from being together. We have a hybrid working model where ideally people come into the office 3 days per week and then work remotely for the rest of the time
  • 22.5 days holiday increasing to 23.5 days after one year's service, 24.5 days after two year’s service and to 25.5 days after three year's service. Plus Bank Holidays off of course!

Client Success Account Manager (Hybrid role)

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Success team to support and build excellent long-term client relationships and help nurture, retain and grow our client base. The ideal candidate for this role will have digital experience, account management and sales experience.
