We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team  to support and build excellent long-term client relationships and help nurture, retain and grow our client base. 

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will have a portfolio of new and existing clients, with responsibility for ensuring those clients achieve success with our services. 

You will be responsible for communicating and consulting effectively with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.  You will understand the clients’ business objectives and budget and will be able to suggest new ideas, solutions and strategies to ensure that they are getting the maximum value from the services and solutions we have provided.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and peers and you will take an active part in the pre-sales process so that you are able to deliver a first class client experience from initial onboarding through to successful delivery.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will have digital experience, having worked in a similar role previously. You will be a strong team player who is energetic and enthusiastic.  You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders so you will need to have excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong listening and presentation skills. 

You will be a natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability. You will be a quick learner who is determined to fully understand how each of our services work and you will have strong sales and negotiation skills.

You will also need to be superbly organised, able to manage multiple clients effectively.
