We are looking for a Client Services & Marketing Executive to join our Client Services team. In this role you will perform various marketing and administrative dues that support our agency’s marketing, sales and client success strategies.
As Client Services & Marketing Executive, you will support the team in coordinating and implementing marketing plans and campaigns and in promoting brand awareness, supporting client retention and enabling client success. You will be responsible for coordinating tactical marketing activity, managing the content of the blog and landing pages and preparing marketing campaign reports.
You will also be involved in the development of sales collateral and you will be expected to take responsibility for communication out to leads including monitoring the inbox to ensure that all prospects receive adequate communication. You will notify the sales team of new leads.
You will build strong relationships with internal teams and peers and you will take an active part in the pre-sales process so that you are able to deliver a first class client experience from initial onboarding through to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some digital experience but most importantly you will be a strong team player who is energetic and enthusiastic. You will need to be superbly organised and you will be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong listening skills and you will be comforatable working with data, specifically Google Sheets/Excel, for reporting and monitoring.
You will be a quick learner who is determined to fully understand how each of our services work.
