The Perfect Candidate:
If you want a career in one of the most important and dynamic areas of digital marketing, this entry-level position in our Paid Media/Activation department is for you.
You will have strong analytical and numerical skills and will be enthusiastic with a committed work ethic. Following a comprehensive induction programme, our Execs are able to rapidly develop in their position and will quickly be working on a balanced portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail will be needed, but mostly you will have to be a proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team, showing initiative and a “can do” approach.
As the environment is fast-paced, time management will be one of the more important skills you possess, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks, sometimes being under pressure to meet deadlines.
Finally, we expect you to have really done your research into Paid Media. You don’t need to be a pro but we want to know that you are familiar with what Paid Search and Paid Social is all about and have a good understanding of the basic concepts. Programmatic will be a plus.
